WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Editorial & Digital Strategy

Develop and manage the agency's overall editorial strategy.

Define the editorial line, tone of voice, and multi-channel publishing calendars.

Design innovative digital and social media strategies (content, formats, amplification).
2. Content Creation & Production (Social, PR & News) -
Produce high value-added content: articles, presentations, videos, white papers, and sales pitches.

Write and manage press releases and newsletters.

Create graphic designs and adapt various formats (photos, illustrations, video editing, stories, short formats).

Manage daily Social Media presence and ensure live coverage of events/trade shows.
3. Brand Image & Digital Management -
Ensure brand image consistency across all agency communication channels.

Monitor and optimize website performance (WordPress).

Update commercial materials (pitch decks, brochures).

Contribute to digital transformation (tools, webinars, podcasts).
4. Collaboration, Coordination & E-reputation -
Coordinate content and visuals for internal teams and external partners.

Work closely with sales and account management teams to support commercial efforts.

Drive the e-reputation and social listening strategy (Google reviews, brand alerts, interactions).
5. Market Watch & Innovation -
Conduct industry and competitive watch to identify new opportunities.

Analyze social media and influencer trends to propose pioneering formats.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Operational Mastery: As an expert in content production, you master the value chain from A to Z: identifying needs, coordination, organizing shoots/filming, editing, and publishing.

Hard Skills:
- Excellent copywriting skills (fluent French and English are mandatory; Dutch is a strong asset).
- Proficiency in creative tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing on CapCut.
- Technical management: Comfortable with WordPress and Mailchimp.

Soft Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and anticipate operational needs.
- Analytical mindset with an ROI-driven approach to measure the impact of your actions.
- Rigorous, methodical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
